The procedure
Four stages, no improvisation

Open the deal room
State the transaction, the amount and your side. You get a private room and one invite link.

Invite the counterparty
They join with a display name. pokz is notified the moment the room opens.

Fix the terms
What is exchanged, by when, and under what conditions — confirmed by both sides and by pokz.

Settle and release
Buyer's side secured, seller delivers, both confirm, pokz releases. Conflicts follow the dispute procedure.
Access is limited to three people
A deal room can only be opened by the party who created it, the party who used the invite link, and pokz. Links are unguessable and are not indexed.
